The Outer Hebrides (or Western Isles), from Lewis & Harris in the north, down through North Uist, Benbecula, South Uist and Barra.

Also, the ones on the other side of Scotland are the orkney and shetland isles

There are no islands northwest of Scotland. The Western Isles are west of Scotland and the Orkneys are north of Scotland.
