Carib, Island Carib, or Kalinago people,(after whom the Caribbean was named), are a group of people who live in the Lesser Antilles islands in the Caribbean.
Traditionally, they would live in straw huts. Carib people live in a very warm climate. This means their homes didn't need a lot of insulation which is completely different to London etc. Carib huts were round, they had a wooden frame that was covered with reeds and palm fronds.
