a bit vaque. but the UAE that i know is no province at all. it is a country called the united Arab emirates. it is located on the western border of Saudi Arabia in the Persian gulf. its a quite small country but very rich. it has a city called Dubai that boasts the tallest building in the world. there, they also create islands and huge 5 star hotels for the rich elite to go to.
