The 'Wiki Guy's' name is just the Orange Man.

Legally, you can buy them from ClipArtIllustration.com, which is Leo Blanchette's site... he is the creator of the Orange Guy. I included a link to the entire collection in the related links, but he also offers a few for free from time to time... if you check out his site, there might be some.
