Take the dipstick out out put it through the small hole were the dipstick goes
The transmission oil goes in thru the dipstick tube.
At the end of your dipstick female part (part that stays in engine when you chkng the oil) you have a small rubber seal.
Put oil in it and Use the dipstick to see how much is in there.. when it gets full that's how much goes in there! Einstein.

3 quarts,.. depending on the level of oil the dipstick displays..
There is no Transfer case oil. Just Transmission oil and that goes in the dipstick tube after the dipstick is removed. if its a standard there is a plug on the side of the tranny underneat fill to plug level
Just add enough oil to reach the full mark on the dipstick.
On a stock Deluxe the dipstick is part of the oil filler cap.
It is part off the engine oil cap, remove it and you will see it.
Only two things.If there is no oil showing on the dipstick, there is not enough oil in the engine.OrThe dipstick is not pushed all the way in place.
