Bumper cover or fascia.
Fabrication, is the building of something brand new, that's never been seen before, or invented. Manufacturing, is the duplication of something on a mass scale. Generally, the way it works is, you fabricate something that you need, then manufacture what you fabricate. A good example is, a car company decides to design a brand new car from the ground up. They fabricate each piece to build the first car in the line. After each piece if fabricated, those pieces are then used as templates to manufacture the car.
Cut and weld a splice from a donor frame or fabricate a piece to weld in.
yes. the chrome molding is a separate piece. held on with metal clips. it must be installed with the bumper off.
if you're referring to that piece between the bumper and the body that always crumbles on old caddys, they're called "bumper fillers" or just "fillers"

All of the body parts are interchangeable from 1998 to 2003. The body style changed in 2004. Hope this helps
www.50resto.comthey are about $25 or so. remember to order correct side.
First remove the tailights then the trim piece on the rear body pannel(where the stanza emblem is) then you will see the bolts for the bumper hope this helps.
well to start with you need to remove the bumper reinforcement piece from the bumper shocks ( the things that go in if some one hits you). But if its like mine, I am haveing fun getting it off because the bolts are so dang rusty, they are just stuck. The one side of the reinforcement is rusted through so my bumper is just setting on the support piece. Well hope to have been some help.
