Bering Strait
All the oceans are cool
The Bering Strait separates North America (Alaska) and Asia (Russia). On the north side of the strait is the Chukchi Sea, which is part of the Arctic Ocean. On the south side of the strait is the Bering Sea, which is part of the Pacific Ocean. An argument can be made that the Arctic Ocean separates the two continents when viewing from the North Pole.

None, only rivers empty into the Arctic Ocean. There is some very minor flow of water from the Pacific through the Bering Strait, and also mostly export of water from the Arctic Ocean to the Atlantic through the Fram Strait.

The Bering Strait links the southern part of the Arctic Ocean (called the Chukchi Sea) to the Bering Sea.
The Arctic Ocean separates Alaska, Canada, and Greenland in the Western Hemisphere from Russia in the Eastern Hemisphere. Much of the central Arctic Ocean is covered by thick sea ice, year round. The Bering Strait separates northwestern North America (Alaska) and northeastern Asia (Russia). On the north side of the strait is the Chukchi Sea, which is part of the Arctic Ocean. On the south side of the strait is the Bering Sea, which is part of the Pacific Ocean.
The Arctic Ocean only touches two other oceans the Pacific (via the Bering Strait) and the Atlantic. (The Indian Ocean is in the southern hemisphere.)
