I'm going to assume you mean that time frame in millions, since continental drift really doesn't occur that quickly. 200 to 100 years ago the world looked much the same as it does now. The most recent supercontinent is Afro-Eurasia, but i think Gondwana is the one that existed in your specified time frame. If it's not Gondwana, it's probably Laurasia or Pangea.
Pangea
A century = 100 years
The earliest continent currently theorised to have existed was Ur about 3 billion years ago. About 1.8 billion years ago Arctica, Baltica and East Antarctica merged forming Nena. Then about 1 billion years ago Nena, Atlantica, and Ur collided forming Rodinia which held together for about 750 million years. Finally about 300 million years ago Pangaea formed from Avalonia and Laurentia and was itself broken into Gondwana and Laurasia about 100 million later.

Pangea
Pangea
Pangaea was a supercontinent that formed approximately 300 million years ago. It existed during the Paleozoic and early Mesozoic eras, breaking apart to form the continents we know today after about 100 million years.
The supercontinent that existed several million years ago is called Pangea. It combined all of today's continents into one supercontinent, mostly in the Southern Hemisphere. It was surrounded by a super ocean, Panthalassa, and started to break up 175 million years ago.
