means the name of person who owns the document.

The active cell reference or name of a selected range. As you select cells, it indicates the amount of rows and columns being selected.
On a government document it means the name that appears is not yours, but is that of a trust that you have agreed to be the trustee or representative for.

If the Notary's name appears anywhere in the body of the document that they are asked to notarize, they may not notarize the document due to the appearance of a conflict of interests.
I had this very same question. The answer it turns out was quite simple. 1. Open Word 2. Right click in the menu bar across the top of word (just below the document name) 3. If the Ribbon is minimized you will see a check next to "minimize the ribbon" 4. Highlight and click the "Minimize the Ribbon" selection. The check mark is gone and the ribbon is back. Hope this helps.
