Cross one ankle over the opposite knee, then gently pull the bent leg toward your chest. The distance you can pull your leg toward your chest is measured.
These tests can be used to assess an individual's flexibility and track changes over time. However, it's important to note that flexibility is just one component of overall fitness, and should be combined with other fitness tests and exercises to develop a comprehensive fitness program.
