The straw colored liquid is called the plasma.
Combustion leak detection. The liquid changes color from blue to light green when Carbon Dioxide (in exhaust gas) is passed through it. It tests for leaks from the vehicle's head gasket(s) or cracked engine block into the cooling system. The head gasket is the culprit in most all cases. Also, if there is exhaust gas in the cooling system, usually there will be other indications of head gasket or block failure, such as white smoke from the exhaust (coolant vaporizing in the combustion process), oil in the coolant or vice versa (is known as the "chocolate shake" where the coolant or engine oil starts to look like milk chocolate from the two mixing), and/or bubbles in the coolant reservoir while the engine is running. The Combustion Leak Detector will tell you in no time.
One can purchase a liquid cooling system from many electrical and computer stores - such as PC World in the UK. One can get them from a place such as Currys or Gizmodo. One can also purchase a liquid cooling system cheaply on the internet through a site like Amazon. A great example of a liquid cooling system to use in a Computer is one that uses liquid nitrogen.
Pressure on a cooling system raises the boiling point of the liquid and aids in the efficiency of the system.
An exhaust system expansion box allows for the cooling of extremely hot air. The hot exhaust is cool in the expansion box before exiting the tailpipe.
A blocked water box will prevent water from flowing into the exhaust system. Because jet skis have a fully-enclosed engine space, cooling of the exhaust system is vital to prevent overheating. With no cooling water flowing into the exhaust system, the exhaust system will overheat. Exactly what happens depends on the model and to some extent on luck. But usually one of the exhaust connections will burn through, causing exhaust to leak into the bilge.
There are only a few on the market because most laptops don't have room to put a liquid cooling system in it.
PC's nowadays use one main cooling system: the fan. The fan cools down the hard drive, but there are other systems of cooling, too. A new computer produced by HP has a liquid cooling system, where the hard drive is submerged in a certain liquid to cool down the system.
to increase the boiling point of the coolant
for diesel: break power=34% cooling system=30% exhaust=26% surrounding=10% for diesel: break power=34% cooling system=30% exhaust=26% surrounding=10%
Liquid cooling has excellent heat dissapation but a good system can be expensive and a like could potentially kill your system. It also requires alot of cleaning and maintenance.
Condensation forms in the exhaust system while it is cooling and as gas fumes pass through the system it bound to smell that way. If large amounts of water come out of the exhaust it may be a sign that there is a blown head gasket, cracked head or block causing water from the cooling system to enter the cylinders.
