Close, but no cigar. It's called a Faraday Cage, named after the Chemist and physicist Michael Faraday who's noted for his discoveries and experiments with electricity in the mid 19th century. Tesla was however an eminent scientist in a similar field but working in the late 19th and early 20th century.
I believe is a "Tesla" Cage, named after Nikola Tesla, who discovered a great deal about electricity and how to use it.
