There is a wonderer in Tokyo (his name is "Wild Child") who only races people with naniwa numbers. If he doesn't want to race you, eject the disc and challege Wild Child. The music will stop playing and the track will eventually disappear. Insert the disc in and he will automatically be forced to race you. Good Luck!
