Do you mean out of voters? or elected officials? at the national or state level? I think many people might never choose to have an abortion but would not impose that belief on others. So they would be personally anti-abortion but in voting and policy, they would be pro-choice.

I don't know of others but I would choose the one who loves me, because whom we love, its not necessary that he/she also loves you.
