There are many coconut palms bearing fruit in the east cape and cabo regions. I also recall seeing coconut palms in Mulege but I don't think they looked very robust and were near structures as I recall. I have been to Bahia de Los Angeles several times and don't recall ever seeing one there.
I would say based on my informal observations the northernmost limit on the East side of Baja is Mulege or perhaps Santa Rosalia. In general things are cooler on the west coast so you might not see any Coconut palms on the pacific side until Todos Santos or perhaps even closer to Cabo. The pacific side is much less traveled, perhaps some surfers know of someplace further north on the pacific side with them.
