Whatever the exact north latitude of the Arctic Circle is, the south latitude ofthe Antarctic Circle is exactly the same number, on account of their respectivedefinitions.
The same number as any place on Earth South of the Arctic Circle and North of the Antarctic Circle. 365 or 366 during a leap year (years divisible evenly by the number four).
That depends on your latitude. The Arctic is all of the area north of the Arctic Circle, which is 66.56° north latitude. At the Arctic Circle, the sun sets every day, although on the June solstice it just barely sets then immediately rises again as soon as it sets. The farther north you go in the Arctic, the fewer the annual number of sunsets (and sunrises). At the northernmost point, the north pole, the sun rises once a year and sets once a year.
The Arctic Circle is the parallel of latitude that runs 66° 33' 44" North of the Equator, and the Antarctic Circle is the parallel of latitude that runs 66° 33' 44" South of the Equator.66 1/2 N and 66 1/2 SThe latitude of the Arctic Circle is set at 66 degrees, 33 minutes, 44 seconds north of the equator. The Antarctic Circle is set at 66 degrees, 33 minutes, 44 seconds south of the equator.
The Arctic region, anywhere north of the Arctic Circle (approx. latitude 66° 34' N), has the greatest number of daylight hours when it is summer in the Northern Hemisphere. The Antarctic (including almost all of Antarctica), south of the Antarctic Circle (approx. latitude 66° 34' S), has the greatest number of daylight hours when it is summer in the Southern Hemisphere.
The Arctic circle is at latitude 66.5622 degrees. Subtract this from 90 to get 23.4378 degrees - this is the number of degrees from the Arctic Circle to the North Pole. The circumference of the earth through the poles is 40,008 km, and this represents 360 degrees, so the distance is 40,008 * (23.4378/360) = 2604.7 km, which is about 1618.5 miles.
There is no greatest number for a circle.
There is 28 chapters in Touching Spirit Bear.
The sun does not set at all north of the Arctic Circle on the day of the June solstice.

The human population of the entire Arctic Circle currently stands at about 2 million people (contrast that with zero in the Antarctic). These are indigenous people, many of them Inuit. Many of them are in Russia, Finland and and Norway. The Arctic Circle of North America is made up of about 3% of all the population in the Arctic Circle. The most reliable figures I can find for the Arctic Circle, puts the population at around 607,252 people.
