If you're looking for cheap electric drum sets, I would shoot for the Roland TD-11KV with mesh heads. It's about $1600. If you just want a nice drum set and price isn't really an issue, go for the Roland TD-30, which is about $7,500, but it is definitely one of the nicest drum sets around. I'm a huge fan of Roland kits, they are simply the best quality and sound
