Fibre is found in basically all cerials, more in some and less in others. Carbs of which sugars are also found in cerial. Those are the two main things but other things do depend on the type of cerial.

It depends on the cereal bar. It should tell you on the bar's wrapper or on the box if you bought them in bulk. You can find it in the nutrient facts on the box or wrapper.
There is a nutrient found in only a few vegetables that you can find no where else.
A nutrient found naturally in many foods would be a mineral, just in general.

just read the nutrient label... usually cereals like total... have highest iron content
