There should be a diagram on the underhood label.
if it is a SRT4 yes if not sxt with slight mods might other then that no it would not i own a 2003 dodge neon srt-4 with mods so it would be a cakewalk but for neon sxt possibly depends on drivers also , just buy a srt4 and youll walk a line around him its only like 4-7000$ more and you get much more bang for your buck and very reliable even with big turbo kits mine has 55k miles had 42r turbo kit and has had it since 22k miles and is running very strong still pulls like a horse when i get traction lol buy a srt4 there badass
Yes you can. Just run a piece of rubber fuel injection hose from the fuel pressure regulator outlet to the main fuel line that runs to the fuel rail and clamp it... Or you can use a fuel line from a late '98 or '99 Neon from the junkyard that way you will have quick disconnects.
Look under vehicle follow the fuel line from the fuel tank the fuel filter is built into the fuel pressure regulator it is located on the top of the fuel pump, can be seen by looking under the car in front of the right rear tire, cost $101 plus tax
the 98 and 99 Plymouth neon's do not have a fuel filter, they have a fuel screen that right in line with the fuel pump. I found this out only yesterday when I was had to replace my fuel pump. If your car is not starting and blowing fuses for the fuel pump, you need a new fuel pump.
bleed fuel line ford diesel 250 pickup 2005 how does one bleed the fuel lines in that truck ?
Bad fuel pump, blown fuse, bad fuel pump relay, or clogged fuel filter.
The fuel system on a 2005 Hyundai Sante Fe can be purged by disconnecting the fuel line at the fuel rail. The fuel line is then ran into a contain and allowed to drain out until the lines are purged.

I don't know if it is the same as the ZX5 but the fuel filter in my 2005 ford focus ST has the fuel filter in the fuel tank, because it is an automatic. A manual has the fuel filter in the fuel line and you should be able to find it by following fuel line.
Look under vehicle along frame rail - follow fuel line from tank
Lookl under vehicle and follow the fuel line from tank
