It will bolt right up if the original engine was a 230 cu. in. If it was the 292 cu. in. engine you will need to replace the passengers side frame mount. It will sit a little high on the original 230 cu. in. 6 frame mounts, but it will bolt in to the frame mounts and the transmission bell housing. You will need to change the exhaust system, radiator, carb linkage. You will need the V-8 brackets to mount the alternator and power steering if equipped.
