I use a K & N oil filter, model KN-303 (black) or KN-303c (Chrome) on my 2007 Yamaha Stratoliner. They come with a 17mm bolt welded to the top for easy torquing and removal.
The Yamaha Stratoliner and Roadliner Motorcycles have their Air Filter located under the fuel tank between the cylinder heads. You remove the tank, and the Air cleaner cover is in the center right on top under where the tank was.
