You can find many antiques such as coins, clocks, or silverware.
If the item in question is classified as a firearm, no. SOME but not all antiques are classified as firearms, but some are not.
You can make lacquered copper antiques look new again by washing the item in warm, soapy water with a non-abrasive towel. You can make unlacquered copper antique look new again by scrubbing the item with a salt covered lemon until all the tarnish is gone. The item should then be rinsed, dried, and polished.
The authenticity of an antique is the reason the item has value. Antiques have the price that they do because they are old. If an item is simply a reproduction, its value will be less than that of the real antique.
The oldest items on the McDonald's menu are hamburger, cheeseburger, fries, and drinks.

It depends on the person who owns the item being appraised. If they want to sell it, and more importantly if they want to sell it to their appraiser, sure.
When analyzing antiques, it is difficult to discern whether the weather weathered the item, or was it faked? What's the weather outside like today?
You should take into account the value of the item you're insuring. Also be aware of how expensive the premiums are.
