Combine all your liquid ingredients and put them in the mixing bowl.
Combine all your dry ingredients, sift them into the bowl on top of the wet.
Use the wisk attachment, blend for 30 seconds on low. Turn up to high (this depends on your mixer, whatever setting you can use that doesn't throw stuff out of the bowl) and mix for 4 minutes. Turn down to medium and mix another 3 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed during this process.
Pan and bake.
