Maid is typically a female position, though not always, so you could say that maid has a femanine gender and there is no exact opposite gender. If you're referring to "maid" as the lady in the black and white dress who cleans your house (sterotyping), then the male version might be considred a "butler". If you're refferring to "maid" as a female virgin, well, there really isnt an accepted and used term for a male virgin.. (meaning never had sex)
