By the law of Florida you do not have a curfew after the age of 16
The curfew is for anybody under the age of 17 is 12:01 on weekends. From Sunday to Thursday the curfew is 11:01.

the curfew for kids under the age of 18 is 10 on weekdays and 11 on weekends during the school year. the driving curfew is an hour under that. during the summer the curfew is an hour later, so weekdays it's 11 and weekends is midnight
