The firing order for the 5.0 liter engine is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2. The distributor rotates clockwise. The firing order is the same for the 5.7 liter engine.

There are four spark plugs on each side of your 1991 Chevrolet engine. The spark plugs will be near the bottom of the engine.

should be .035
check for spark at plugs sounds like a ign problem
You can probably only get to 2 or 3 plugs from the top, but the rest you have to get from underneath the vehicle.
In the head.
Disconnect the battery, remove the spark plug cables and boot covers, remove and dispose of the old spark plugs. Next, put in the new spark plugs, attach the boot covers and cables and reconnect the battery.
you either did not gap the plugs to spec or you put this wires on wrong
Change spark plugs and wires, change all fluids, check o2 sensors, distributor and rotor cap possibly, change all filters...and a fat wallet...
