clock wise, firing order 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2
No the spark plug wires have to be in firing order
no special order just one at a time
Yes.
One at a time
at the end of the plug wires in the head
You might have switched the plug wires. Meaning that you put a plug wire in the wrong spark plug which messes with the firing order.
Nothing
You need to check wires. Make sure that you connected plug wires in the correct order. Check that wires are sitting tightly on spark plugs. If it didn't work, remove spark plugs and check the gap for all of them. Install the spark plugs and try to start again. If it didn't work install old spark plugs and try again. If it didn't work check the fuse box under the hood. Hopefully it works.
Get a shop manual. There is no distributor. These have coil packs.
I'm not sure what the firing order for that vehicle is but try Autozone.com they are posting tech data on their web site now. If you plan on doing plugs and wires just do one at a time, then you should'nt need the firing order.
There is no spark plug wires on the 2.4L twin cam engine, the spark plugs are located right underneath the top cover on the head
you would follow the spark plaug wires from the disributor to the spark plug and replace it. Spark plug wires are different sizes in length depending on where they go. Also make sure they are in the right order or your engine might run rough.
