Apparently Hima posted a page on his site that had alternate color schemes for some of the APH characters, England being one such characters. Personality and whatnot came afterwords, and it's mostly become a fanmade thing at this point. The name (P2) is based off of the concept in most fighter Video Games where opponents pick the same character and one has a slightly different color scheme to Player One (P1) so...(P2) has the different color scheme.
