First you go to the trainer in Stormwind or any other major city and then you buy yourself a skinning knife (available in every general store) then if your level 1 in skinning, you kill a low level beast (like a boar and/or wolf under level 5) and you HAVE TO LOOT HIM then you right click on his body and skin skin skin! -Victor
