Is there a separate path for the penis to make a baby? It depends on which side you're talking about, the male or the female. The sperm exits the penis through the same passage as urine. If you mean in the vagina, the penis enters a different opening of the vagina than where the urine exits.

Urine starts out as filtrate from the glomerular capsule in the kidney. It then enters the proximal convoluted tubule, then the loop of Henle, then the distal convoluted tubule. It then become urine as it enters the renal pelvis and then it travels down the ureters to the bladder until it is convenient to eliminate through the urethra.
The ureters, in both males and females, transports the urine from the kidneys to the bladder where it is stored until it is convenient to release through the urethra. This release is called micturition, or more commonly, urination.
Because urine has urine in it.
The reason for semen in urine is due to either a previous ejaculation and the remainder of semen leftover in the urethral duct is released along with the urine. However this is not the only reason for semen in urine, it could also be due to the natural release of semen by the prostate gland or the lee ejaculatory fluid from the Cowper's gland (located directly under the prostate). I would really recommend looking at a diagram of the male reproductory system in order to make sense of the path of urine and semen.
water swallowed => esophagus => duodenum => small intestine => intracellular space => heart => renal artery => kidney => ureter => urinary bladder => urethra => urine.
Pelvicalyceal fullness means that the urine's path to the bladder is slowed. Dilation near the kidneys is what causes pelvicalyceal fullness.
The eightfold path is path of Buddhism.
