There is no perfect size about 5-7 inch on erect and 3.5-4.5 is about normal if your hitting the 7 mark or almost on erect are before 21 it should be pritty big but some penis' stop growing early expecially if you have a big one for your age at 16-19 or so then by the time your 21 it might not grow much from 16-19 if your going to measure your penis you must do it right and if your going to talk about it with other boys then ask them where they but the ruler or w.e it must be place on your pubic hairs/above your penis so you can see the ruler infront of your penis when looking down (DO NOT PUT THE RULER BEHIND/UNDER YOUR PENIS) because that doesnt provide a fair nor reliable measurment.
