It's a misdemeanor in the first degree. You will have to take a few classes on driving. Get your license suspended for 6 months to 2 years depending on which state you reside in. The good thing is your a minor so it will be off your record when you reach the age of 21. In the future job market don't look for a police job or a firefighting career.
