Doesn't matter if his legal birthday is tomorrow, his parents can call the law and have him removed from your home, possibly pressing charges against you. Plus, until he is of legal age (by law - not by mentality), the parents could charge the girl in statuatory(?) rape, or carnal knowledge of a minor.
they can go against it but cant stop them
Not for the underage bride. However, if the male is underage he will need his parents permission.Besides in FL.
yes you can
They are scared of the fictional "predators" and "hackers" In addition, there are laws about allowing underage individuals to post personal information.
well yes and no actually. because during the marriage, the parents have to be there to allow their underage child to get married, and there has to be a written agreement by the parents. if their isn't, then yes, the adult marrying the underage child will have charges against him or her.The marriage actually cannot happen without the parents there, which is most important.
Most states, the answer is no if you are underage....but it depends also on the nature...With DHS, it could be against the parents..
If she is underage your parents need to be told. They can face stiff fines for allowing a minor to smoke. If she is over the age of 18 or 21, then there is nothing you can do.
As such there are no such penalties for underage gambling(because legal actions can't be taken against a minor). But yes parents might suffer because of this problem, If a minor get caught while gambling the parents will be held responsible for it and then legal actions may be taken against them.Their license can can be canceled in worst cases.
