you will go to prison for a very long time... possibly getting the life sentence.
From zero to life (or the death penalty), depending upon the circumstances.
No, that would be classed as 'killing the ball' and the other team would get a penalty.
Yes
A lot
killing
The penalty for killing an eagle is a fine of up to 100,000 and/or imprisonment for up to one year for a first offense, and steeper penalties for subsequent offenses.
The penalty for killing a bald eagle is a fine of up to 100,000 and/or imprisonment for up to one year for a first offense, and steeper penalties for subsequent offenses.
The death penalty is not enforced if the person is insane, or a genuine acct, and killing in war time.
Yes. It doesn't matter where you are from for the death penalty to be allowed, example you are from a state that doesn't have the death penalty and kill someone in a state that does. You can be put to death in a federal court (treason, killing a federal officer, and more) regardless of your state residency.
Bad karma and a sick criminal past.
The answer to that depends on the person you're asking. I, for one, think it's immoral. Killing someone is never the right answer. After all, maybe the person actually was innocent.
Killing a person is either murder or manslaughter even if they are not that innocent (not counting death penalty).
