what is the penalty for phone harrasement
No, you just find a phone, but if you don't give it to the company, then it's stealing.
There are always options for changing phone service providers. However, a person's current provider may impose a penalty based on the contract that was signed. Make sure there is no penalty for early termination with the current provider before making the switch.
yes
it would be worth the class A. misdemeanor to punch there lights out for stealing
I think it would be put as stealing it.
This is, at the very least, a misdemeanor of "Theft of Services" and is punishable by up to a year in jail. If the dollar amounts are high enough it could possibly be a felony.
It depends on what you mean by "stealing." If you took it from the person by threat or by force, you committed a robbery, a serious offense. If you took it sneakily like from out of a backpack, etc. you committed simple theft, a lesser offense. Also it will depend on YOUR juvenile record, if any.
They can download it to a computer - by using an adapter to enable it to be inserted into a USB port. One good reason for protecting your data with a password !
