It is unlawful for someone else to use your name AND YOUR lawful identification (like your Social Security Number) to conduct financial transactions. That is FRAUD.
Are you a minor or an adult? If she is using your identification YOU could find YOUR credit rating and ability to get credit extended to you damaged beyond repair. Despite the fact athat she is your mother, you NEED to protect yourself and etiher have her close the account or tell her that you will report her to the store management.
