No. Think of all the children who would not have the loving arms of their parents, the educational opportunities, the belonging to a family, if interracial adoption was prohibited. Children are children, no matter the race. Children are innocent; it was not their decision to be brought into the world. If there are reasons why their biological parents cannot care for them, being brought into a family that cares and wants to provide is a beautiful thing. Race shouldn't have a part in the legality of adoption but good adoptive parents respect the differences in culture and heritage that they instill in their children. There are many more children who need loving families than there are people willing to adopt; if for no other reason than this, interracial adoption should never be prohibited.
