There isn't an "official" name for the phobia; however a couple of possibles are:
falainadolopsovovphobia or orcusphobia.
The first is from the Greek; usually phobias come from the Greek so that's more "traditional", orcusphobia is from the Latin - and is a lot easier to say!
You could call it cetaphobia, specifically the fear of whales, but I don't think this is official. It comes from the Greek cetus, also the name of the mythological Greek sea monster.
