Leased Line refers to a type of telephone circuit. It is not used much anymore. This is a continuous telephone line between two locations. It is always on, you do not dial a number as with a normal phone line. Leased Lines are used to monitor fire and burglar alarms and for low-speed data transfer. There is a monthly fee paid to the phone company to use Leased Lines. Many phone companies will no longer install new LL services, but will continue to honor existing leases.
This is best answered by your local utility. They should have a customer phone number for you to call. Power outage repair time can be anywhere from minutes to weeks, depending on the cause, and extent of damage to the system.
It is a digital phone jack box.
When you have a cell phone that you are using in your country and you want to go to another country you have to apply at your cell phone company to roam your account to be able to use it in the other country
