This can be translated as "I like [the] Japanese [language]."
and doesn't yatta mean something like that?

kare wo suki desu or you can drop the desu if familiar
Kawaii otoko. There's also the phrase "ikemen" but it's more like "hot boys."
'Doramu (tataku no) ga suki desu ka' is how you may say it.
