The pitch is the axial distance between threads, and the distance the thread moves with a 360 degree revolution. So if the pitch of a screw is 1mm, one revolution will move it 1mm farther down.
The one with closer threads. This can mean a lower number ( in the case of a pitch described as .6mm or .8mm) or a higher number , as in the case of 32 threads per inch compared to 24 threads per inch.

Screw Pitch is defined as the axial distance between threads. One complete revolution of the screw will move it into an object the distance of the pitch. The smaller the pitch, the greater the mechanical advantage (ability to do work) achieved.
Cap screw
when lead of the screw is equal to the pitch it is called single threaded screw

the parts of the screw are thread, pitch, and the last is bolt

M12 x 1.25 x 40
M12 signifies that the shank is 12 mm diameter. The length will vary. +++ Another tip: The A/F size of a standard M12 bolt or nut is 19mm, so close to 3/4" that the latter spanner will work - but be aware that this is the only co-incidence between metric and inch-based fastenings; and the M-series proportions don't follow a very consistent path!
Pittsburgh Screw and Bolt became the Screw and Bolt Company of America. It no longer exists.
Not sure about the hole but the stud size is M12 X 1.25
Remove the screw that is above the bolt on the receiver. This screw holds the bolt into the receiver and once it is removed the bolt will slide out.
An Allen screw is a screw whose head has a hexagonal socket.
Bolt is used to tight the screw
