NaCN doesn't really have a pKa. In water it becomes Na^+ and CN^-. The CN^- is a base so it will have a Kb and pKb. If you want the pKa of the conjugate acid (HCN), you can find that from 1x10^-14/Kb.
By following + or - 2 pH to the pKa value
4.0
eftriaxone sodium has pKa values of 3, 3.2, and 4.1.
It is 8.3. Why u want this information
The pKA of enzyme affects its ionization which could alter enzyme activity. For pH < pKa, the value of vmax is constant and that for pH > pKa, vmax decreases; ie. enzyme activity starts to decline.
Doxofylline Pka value is about 9.8.
pKa = 15
It is around pKa=13
By following + or - 2 pH to the pKa value
The pka of a protonated ether (the conjugate acid) is about -3.5
The conjugate acid is Hydrogen (H2), the pKa of which is 35.
3.3
7.6
if Pka value is more for acidic drug,best side for absorption will be throughout the G.i.Tract.
pKa = 6.36 of carbonic acid to HCO3-
actual pka of betaxolol is 9.4 but observed is 9.38
The pKa of sulfonic acid is < 0
