Although some questions might seem dumb, excessive questions that add no value will only result in a loss of privileges for the user were they to continue and any of those eventually get removed. For example, the person asking this has probably already been screened just to see what kind of questions they were asking, and if nonsense, appropriate action taken and the questions dealt with. Well, clearly this is a question of opinion. =]
