You didn't say which state but most states will require that you retake the written test and some will make you retake the road test.
In Ontario there are free driving test questions for G1 drivers but that is only a written test. Ask a parent or friend to take you out driving and test you.

The written test/computer test for learners license is unlimited. But the test for actual driving is only 3 times.
