Some people think that it is still going to help the situation so they continue to lie to try and get out of the other lie which they have told before, so they think that they will get away with it but really they know deep down that; they shouldn't of lied in the first place the lie just escalates..
they think it will help
People deny lying because they want to find a way out of it.
Catching the ball "on (a) bound" means that it was caught on one bounce. In the early days of baseball (the 1850s), if you caught the ball on the first bounce, it was an out. The rule books of the time called this a "catch on bound". In 1865, the rules were changed so that fair balls needed to be caught on the fly to be considered an out, but foul balls could still be caught on one bound for an out. In 1883, the National League changed the rule so ALL balls needed to be caught on the fly for an out. The American Association (another league) still allowed foul balls to be caught on one bound for an out. In 1891, the two leagues merged, and the National League rules were followed, eliminating all "caught on bound" outs. Source: http://www.19cbaseball.com/rules.html
on what dummy?
Depends on the circumstances. Either they have caught you lying a lot or the story you are telling them doesn't sound like the truth.
ANSWER:Because they didn't expect to get caught. The excitement of hiding and lying are what makes them feel alive. But because they got caught, the truth will come out and this is when they will start blaming their wife. Married man who commit infidelity with or without reason will always blame the wife. My point of view gentlemen.
One's credibility can be undermined if one is caught lying.
Jason is a mouse that was caught by a mouse trap.
Go up to the person who caught you lying and apologize. Then, once they've accepted your apology, try your best not to lie to them again. If they don't accept your apology, bring it up ever so often and say how sorry you are and they are bound to forgive you someday....if they don't, then you must have done somthin pretty bad
There is no point! It's the wrong thing to do and you'll defiantly feel guilt when you do lie. Lying hrs you into more trouble so just don't do it!
it depends the degree the thing u caught lying about there is mild=simple things like buying things u shoudnt medium=not as bad as most thigns but pretty bad its like stealing money and lying bout it VERY BADD!=cheatiing affairs
A liar which is similar to you.
A fancy word for lying without fear of getting caught is fabrication. The journalist left his job in disgrace after being exposed as a serial fabricator. Related medical terms are pathological lying, confabulation, and mythomania, each with its own distinctions. Lying without consequences is lying with impunity. When can a politician lie with impunity? When most people tell a lie it is to avoid an expected consequence of being truthful.
