Not all religions point to the same god

A simple example would be Satanism, which is obviously different from most of other faiths, both in terms of "roads" and "goal". Deeper analysis into religions will allow one to discover that most religions are intrinsically. They seem to be the same, addressing morality, but differ on how it should be achieved, which is really the goals of the religions. They are different.

C. Christianity and Islam
Of the religions that are generally recognized to be major world religions, Islam is the most recent (originating in the 7th century).
