Apparently it's an anti-septic cream that aids in the healing of wounds. The UK equivalent would be something like Savlon
NO actually it is a triple AnitBiotic cream, not antiSeptic cream. I would also like to know what the equivalent is in the UK and I have been told you can only get it on prescription here, so need to ask my doctor for it :-)
