All Priest wear "Vestments". Whether you want a more specific answer for the Pope, I'm not sure. I'd see wikipedia.org and search for Pope. The pope's everyday dress includes a floor length 'sottana' or 'soutane' (the full buttoned cassock), a sash, the 'mozzetta' (a hooded cape), his 'pantofole' (red slippers) and the 'zuchetto' (his skullcap). He will always be wearing the 'Pescatorio' (the Fisherman's Ring).
Which one? Robe is vague term. When the pope celebrates mass in public he wears the same vestments (the proper terms for the various garments worn during only for religious ritual, espcially the Mass) as any other Roman Catholic archbishop. Outside of religious functions he dresses in much the same way as other RC bishops. but in white, rather than in red like the cardinals (the high ranking bishops who elect the pope and head the various administrative bodies of the RCC), magenta like an archbishop or bishop or black like a priest (though few priests still wear this distinctive dress anymore). These robes consist of a long gown with long sleeves called a cassock, worn with a sash around the waist and in the case of the pope embroidered with his coat of arms at its front end; an elbow length shoulder cape; and a white skull cap. On very formal occasions-like when the pope meets a head of state--the pope wears a red velvet shoulder cape lined with ermine or white fur and wears a very elaborately embroidered scarf called a stole around his neck. This formal dress can be thought of as the papal equivalent to a tuxedo.
The fanon is the vestment reserved for the Pope to wear during mass. It is sometimes referred to as the orale.
