It is certainly unhealthy and best be avoided as much as possible.
Because if you smoke too much you will develop a resistance just as you will with ANY drug a person takes too much of. If you lay off smoking a certain strain for a while and then try that strain out again at a later date you should find that you will receive the same ,or pretty close to the same effect you originally experienced when you first imbibed it.

Yes it is, it's like smoking, there's something in it (an ingreadiant) that makes you want more. It is addictive and that is also why people become drunk very quickly. If you drink too much it can effect blood pressure, heart and possible brain damage.
