Birmingham, UK doesn't have just one postal code ! Each UK postal code only applies to a small number of properties - typically up to ten buildings ! You would need to provide much more information to get a more accurate answer.

Every postcode in Birmingham starts with the letter B

Depending on where the building is, every other value will be different.

For instance, Birmingham Town Hall has the postcode B1 2EA

Birmingham's Queen Elisabeth Hospital has the postcode B15 2TH

Birmingham Central Library has the postcode B3 3HQ

A UK postcode consists of 5-8 alphanumeric characters. Only the first, or first two letters actually correspond to their city/borough of origin. The rest of the characters identify areas, wards, subdivisions, even individual buildings.

A postcode in Birmingham will start with a B. B1 to B48 are various Birmingham districts. The remaining characters all depend on the exact location, ie, it's impossible to give a full postcode 'for Birmingham' without stating the exact location you want a postcode for.
